MY CRAFTY SIDE

I love crafting! I enjoy working with my hands, and I especially enjoy giving new life
to things that people would normally throw away.

Hot Glue Geodes I created this geode project for AdTech. The geodes are made completely from hot glue and hot glue sticks.	Glue Stick Crystals I created this original idea for carving crystals out of hot glue sticks, and creating jewelry (and geodes).	Painted Rocks I hand-painted these beach rocks to resemble my pets. (circa 2001)
Hand-sewn Masks I sewed over 300 masks during the Covid-19 pandemic and gave them away to nurses and first responders.	DIY Incense Burners This is an original craft project I came up with for incense burners. It is posted on my blog.	Hand-painted Nail Art I worked as a nail tech in the early 1990's, and competed in nail art.
Upcycled Bird Feeder Upcycled birdfeeder created from a vintage pie plate canning jar and chick feeder.	Upcycled Pet Bed I created this dog bed out of a vintage suitcase, and attached old doorknobs for the feet.	Upcycled Bird Feeder This bird feeder was made out of old dishes, with a fork for a perch.
Hot Glue Stencils I created this stencil project using hot glue for AdTech.	Hot Glue Jewelery I created a new way to make jewelry out of hot glue by using depression glass as a mold.	Hot Glue Gummy Bears This is an original project I came up with to make gummy bears out of hot glue. They are colored with alcohol markers.

Hot Glue Rock Candy I created this rock candy necklace project using hot glue for AdTech.	Upcycled Pet Bed I created this dog bed out of a vintage suitcase, and attached old doorknobs for the feet. The cushion is covered in a rescued shower curtain.	DIY Water Feature This fountain is in my yard. I have a video on my blog on how to create this fun water feature.
